  • AB LAB:
    A 20-minute focused abdominal training session using a variety of strengthening tools, which may include stability balls, BOSU, medicine balls, and weights.

  • BOXING

  • Cardio Strength
    Burn calories in this total body aerobics and strength training class.

  • Club Bones
    Designed specifically for prevention of age related bone loss. Improves balance, muscle power, muscle mans and muscle strength.

  • Core Board
    This strength training class, which incorporates the "Reebok Core Board," helps put more emphasis on using one's mid-section while exercising. Core strength is important for improved athletic performance, balance, flexibility, overall strength.

  • Cycling
    A 45-minute music-driven cardiovascular workout on a Star-Trac stationary bike, led by a certified cycling instructor. Gain strength and endurance in both mind and body while pursuing your fitness goals.

  • Extreme Fitness
    An hour-long combination of step and strength training. This class is taught in intervals; the instructor alternates between step and strength training.

  • Gentle Yoga
    This class will move at a slower pace, offering more time to stretch deeply in each pose. Through the use of props, poses are held longer without strain. Relaxation and meditation techniques will be introduced.

  • Hatha Yoga
    Yoga postures and movements that increase strength and flexibility to the body, bring conscious attention to the breath, and calmness to the mind. All levels welcome.

  • Healthy Back
    Our certified physical therapist (Jennifer Martin) leads this class through a series of movements that stretch and strengthen the back muscles.

  • Healthy Neck & Back
    This class focuses on strengthening the neck, shoulders and back. Also taught by our certified physical therapist, Jennifer.
  • Low & Stretch
    A low-impact aerobics session followed by soothing stretches and relaxation.

  • Mat Pilates
    Our beginner mat class introduces you to the traditional Pilates floor work sequence which strengthens and stretches your entire body.

  • Sculpt
    A 45-minute strength training class designed to enhance muscular tone and definition.

  • Sculpt and Stretch
    A 60-minute hi-low aerobics class designed to energize participants and increase flexibility through stretching techniques. In addition, weight-bearing exercises will help you tone, shape and define your physique.

  • Step
    A low-impact step session that will increase the heart rate and burn calories.

  • Step & Sculpt
    A 60-minute class combining step and body sculpting exercises that will shape and define your entire physique.

  • Super Step
    A highly intense choreographed step class designed for intermediate and advanced students.

  • Total Body Conditioning
    Get ready for this challenging strength training session designed to work the entire body by using weights, steps, and other equipment.

  • Yoga
